I am Bo Hansen Hansen - a guy living in Copenhagen in Denmark. I work as Nordic Systems Director at IUM AS/. I hold a PHD in Software Process Improvement (SPI). My thesis deals with how to improve your knowledge sharing capabilities within a high maturity organisation --- and provides an interesting insight into the practicalities concerning SPI. I even suggest that the P in SPI should be renamed to mean "practise", Software Practise Improvement, if the field should continue to be of relevance for development organisations.
